Step 1 is a liquid spray, this acts as a humectant (draws & holds moisture in the skin), so you spritz it on your face and then apply step 2 and step 3. Application of step 1 will help the ingredients of step 2 and 3 to absorb more effectively into the skin.

Step 2 Essence is essentially your serum – this should be applied straight after your step 1 spritz.

Step 3 Serum is your liquid moisturiser which should be applied after your step 2 essence.

After your morning routine we strongly advise to apply a broad spectrum SPF 30-50 all year round.
