We are an RQIA approved independent clinic, authorised to provide laser hair removal. We utilise the most effective, high powered Cynosure Elite IQ device. This is a dual wavelength Class 4 Medical Grade  Alexandrite and ND YAG Laser (FDA Approved). This means we can safely and effectively treat all skin types. 

The Cynosure Elite IQ is accompanied by the BTL Cooler which enables constant cooling to the skin during treatments, meaning the treatment is more comfortable. 

Before beginning a course of laser treatments, a patch test is conducted during the initial consultation. This ensures the client is suitable for the procedure and provides an opportunity to discuss the treatment, pre and after care and expected results. 

Suitable clients must have dark hair for laser to be effective. The laser will not work on red, white, grey or blonde hairs as they lack melanin (pigment). Many clients observe noticeable results after a few sessions but a course of 8-10 treatments typically will reduce the hairs by 80-90%. 

Several factors can influence the effectiveness of hair reduction, including age, hormonal levels, genetics and hair density.

Treatments are scheduled once every 4-12 weeks depending on the area being treated and this will be discussed during your consultation. 

The only other form of hair removal allowed during your course of laser treatments is shaving or trimming, as it does not impact hair growth. However, waxing and plucking should be avoided.
